Open the downloaded file
Click on helpme.msi in your browser's download bar (bottom left in Chrome, top right in Edge).

Windows will show a security warning
You'll see a message saying "Windows protected your PC" or that the file "isn't commonly downloaded."

Click "More info" or the ••• (three dots) icon
Look for the small "More info" link in the security warning and click it. You may also need to click the ••• (three dots) icon to see more options.

Click "Run anyway" or "Keep"
After clicking "More info," you'll see a "Run anyway" button. Click it to install the remote support tool.
It may also say "Keep" - if so, click the arrow next to the delete button and choose "Keep" again.

Open the file
Click "Open file" and let it run through - the remote support tool will open automatically!
